When you shop at the Lower Hutt store please grab a token at checkouts and place in the voting unit to support SBC.
This is running from August to January 2018 and funds raised are given back to the school according to the percentage of total votes.
The Warehouse Neighbourhood Partnerships
Every Warehouse location supports local neighbourhood community organisations through their Customer Choice programme.
The Warehouse’s community strategy is to provide support to not-for-profit community groups or organisations for specific projects which enhance the lives of ‘families and young people’ with an emphasis on the latter. We do not provide support for administrative costs, operational overheads or expenditure.
In the case of our Bags for Good programme, the specific project must also be focussed on the geographic area the store services.
When you shop at your local Warehouse store you can grab a token at checkouts that you can place in the voting unit to say which of the three local neighbourhood community organisations the store is supporting and is your choice. At the end of each six month period (February to July period or August to January period) funds raised are given to each of the store community partners according to their percentage of total votes.
Library and Information Centre
The Parents, Friends and Supporters group of the college work together to raise funds ands nurture the community spirt of the school.
One of the areas we choose to support is the Library and Information Centre to ensure the students have access to the latest information
in an environment that enhances their learning needs. Money raised will go towards new resources for the centre.
Thank you for your support!
